Designing new facilities
When designing a new building, it starts from information about the location of the building, the positioning of the building on the plot, then the wishes of the clients in terms of the size and content of the building and other needs, all in accordance with the issued urban planning and technical conditions, i.e. the legal regulations of the country in which the building is being built. Also, during the creation of the project, the date, time and place of birth of the persons for whom the object is being created are required.
Based on the given data, using ayadi calculations and respecting Vastu principles while respecting your wishes and needs, the object is drawn in the appropriate software program for designing, which includes bases, sections, 3D view.
After harmonizing the above, such a project is submitted to an authorized architect.
Landscaping is developed separately.
After creating the project and before starting the construction of the building itself, it is advisable to choose a favorable period (Muhurta) for the start of construction, which is determined by the date, time and place of birth of the person building the building.
The price is negotiated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the gross surface area of the building for which the project is being developed.
Analysis and consultation of existing buildings
For the analysis of the existing building, it is necessary to have the basis/plan (draft) of the building, then the location of the building, its position according to the sides of the world (google earth, google maps, geoportal,…), and the date, time and place of birth of the people who use the building.
A “vastu network” and an astrological diagram are placed on the submitted design of the object, after which an analysis and assessment of the existing situation is carried out, based on which recommendations for certain measures to improve the current situation are given.
Significant measures to alleviate an unfavorably rated object according to Vastu analysis are: windows and doors, layout of rooms, Meru pyramids, fountains or aquariums, altars, yantras, colors, paintings and sculptures, mirrors, mantras and others.
The price is agreed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the gross area of the object for which the Vastu analysis is done.
